I don't think the line in the middle is the average global temp, therefore I do not see a correlation between temp and CO2.
I don't disagree that CO2 levels are rising. I think most "skeptics" believe that anthropogenic CO2 is not the cause of global warming. I will provide some additional information as to why i feel this way in my next blog entry (so I can include charts and graphs).

In response to E. R. Dunhill,
Everything you said is correct. However, I was initially predisposed to the mainstream belief in global warming. It wasn't until I allowed myself to really look at both sides of the argument that I converted. I even become somewhat disgusted in myself for not casting any doubt initially.

I've been spending lots of time boning up on as much information as I could find and doing as much fact checking as possible so I will definitely take a look at those associations you mentioned. I've read a lot at RealClimate.com I even skimmed through that "How to talk to Global Warmin Skeptics", but I'm still not convinced.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18741966.post-70168958599846662542007-11-15T14:20:00.000-08:002007-11-15T14:20:00.000-08:00sarit,One population's predisposition to mob-menta...sarit,
One population's predisposition to mob-mentality does not mean that another population with a dissenting opinion is not likewise predisposed. Nor does groupthink necessarily mean that the group is right or wrong.
I noticed that you had a question on Odiyya's blog about some sources. You might want to start with the journal Science. Also, the Association of American Geographers and the American Geophysical Union publish a good bit of original research on climate.Davidhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14509853932305428602noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18741966.post-11016045928154357412007-11-05T22:58:00.000-08:002007-11-05T22:58:00.000-08:00http://www.esrl.noaa.gov/gmd/ccgg/trends/co2_data_...http://www.esrl.noaa.gov/gmd/ccgg/trends/co2_data_mlo.html

That's scientific fact. Look at the graph and notice how temperature and C02 levels rise together. I'm not here to bash you, I just wanted you to be educated on actual observatory findings. This observatory in Hawaii, which I have been studying in school, has been keeping these records for about 60 years now. Please explain why you don't believe. I won't get all angsty, I love to hear others opinions.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
